"This narration is why we buy audiobooks."
I couldn't wait to hear what happened Gideon and Eva, so I purchased "Reflected In You" for my kindle and read the book at one sitting. I enjoyed Jill Redfield's narration of "Bared to You" so I decided to purchase the audiobook of "Reflected in You" when it became available. I much prefer Jill Redfield's narration to reading the book to myself. This book is fairly well written and moves the story forward toward the hopefully happy ending in book three.
"Just a lower case reaction...."
This audiobook was average. I expect more from a story to give four or five stars. The writing was good for a first mass market novel, but I found the story line to be very predictable. The characters are immature people letting their lives pass by like the boring scenery outside a Greyhound bus window, while they wallow in their suffering from life's tragedies. Think twice before using a credit for this story.
"More, please."
Kudos to all three excellent narrators of this powerful novel. For this "end of the world" story, Justin Cronin wrote a novel that enthralls to the very end. More, please, Justin.
