The message is good, but there are way too many repetitive, drawn-out examples, quotes, etc. Too much superfluous content. Too much time is wasted on extraneous drivel.
This audiobook was very helpful to me during a terminal illness of a loved one. It helped me understand "why"...
I grew up watching the Carol Burnett show, and really enjoyed this audiobook. Very glad that Carol read it herself. Thanks, Carol for sharing your happy memories and your heartbreaks.
Story is good, but difficult to listen to, because the editing doesn't seem to match. The sound of the voice doesn't match & it's very distracting / annoying.
Enjoyed this true story about a man who is blind & his guide dog exiting the World Trade Center moments before it fell. Liked that he shared his thoughts and his experience. It's nice to have something good come out of something so horrific. Not only did I enjoy the story, but I learned something in the process.
Hilarious stories for the open-minded reader. Am looking forward to reading (listening to) his other musings. Glad this audiobook was read by the writer.
Enjoyable story from the dog's perspective. Held the reader's attention. Story went by quickly. Dog lovers' will appreciate the story.
