"wonderful contrast"
I really enjoyed learning more about the history of India and Great Britain through the story of these two men's lives. I would love to read more on Gandhi and hope audible will make more titles available about this great man.
"Fun and Lighthearted"
Magic is all around the characters and it is great to get lost in their tales. The story and the narrator fit together perfectly. This book is a wonderful change from many fantasy books which rely heavily on death and destruction to move their storyline forward. I look forward to the next book in the series.
"Once is not enough"
I have enjoyed this series several time in the past and was happy to listen again. Joseph Campbell has wonderful insight into the human experience. He helps the listener see how all religions and people are interconnected. He reminds us that we need to follow our bliss and discover our path in the world. Bill Moyers understanding of Joseph Cambell's work makes for an exceptional interview.
"Every Woman Should Listen to this Book"
Women in our society have been taught the importance of being polite. In this book Gavin describes why being polite and not trusting our intuition can cost us our lives. He offer suggestions for how women can keep form being victims. I only wish this book was available in an unabridged format. I have now purchased the book to read.
"Inspirational"
This is a charming short set of stories about how the red cross made a difference in peoples lives. The story was told by Clara Barton, the founder of the American Red Cross. It is a wonderful reminder of what a small group of caring people can do to bring about change.
"Wished for more"
This book was amazing. Michael J. Fox's narration is wonderful and I was only sad that this book is abridged. I would love to see both of his autobiographical books offered in an unabridged version.
