i love all of Lew Fonesca books. I like the characters and Lew.
it is a great read
great story -- Really love Ms Briggs world -- Mercy handled Adams exwife with style -- even though in her mind she would like to kick her in the tush...
Glad she met another of her kind and like Coyote!
I have listened to all of Sandford's books -- love them all a few more than others.
this one I took a star away because of the graphic acts against the kidnapped women
Very hard to listen .
I started it and stopped. I finished it because I wanted to read about all the regular characters - Flowers. Del. Letty Weather. Jenkins. Etc.
the disturbing part with the killer and his victims It was almost more than I could take
BUT I Love Sandford. And will continue to read his stuff.- Maybe it is just the Davenport books than will be too much -- Flowers is the best
I listen and read to alot of books --this one was great - surprised me and kept me guessing for a long time--
worth the money ! you will not be disappointed with this book. plan to read the next two for SURE
I have read all of the Nathan McBride books. this was a good one. It mostly had just Nathan and Harve -- They go back to Nicaragua where Nathan was tortured so long ago.
They do super stuff and save the day. I was not sure why the CIA was involved but all and all a good action book
this was a good story-- I enjoyed the first person account of the Police Chief -- the story of the time capsule --was good. If you like David Rosenfelt and good mysteries this is for you.
It would be nice to have another story about the Police Chief Jake "the war Hero"
I enjoyed this story -- it had a lot of build up -- introducing all the characters --
I think her new series is going to be good. The main girl could have had a lot more backbone but in the end she did. the hero needed to let people help him and in the end he did
I will look forward to seeing how the other people find their way to love and happiness
I listened to this book - and it was okay.. I was not too happy that the girl cop who was kidnapped acted so stupid. -- I understand we were seeing things from her point of view but still.. f she made it to being a cop she could have been less whimpy.
all and all I liked it.
I enjoyed this installment -- I have enjoyed all of the Eva Dallas's books. this was a good one.
I have listened to all of John Sandford books and really love his Flowers series.
Flowers is a different kind of cop and gets the "bad guys" in his own way.
this was a good installment - He has his unique way of doing things --
worth a credit --
. In this fourth outing of Iraqi war veteran Sam Blackman and his partner Nakayla Robertson, Mark de Castrique has done another exemplary job in wrapping a bit of North Carolina history inside an intriguing mystery.
The fourth B & R mystery (see The Sandburg Connection, Blackman's Coffin and The Fitzgerald Ruse) is as good as the others.
I enjoyed the living history which is shown by the people from the nursing home. I love the Captain and all the rest. The Mayor is a treasure
I have listened to all of his books and this one will not disappoint.. It was quick and enjoyable.
