  • Choose Yourself!: Be Happy, Make Millions, Live the Dream

    • UNABRIDGED (4 hrs and 8 mins)
    • By James Altucher
    • Narrated By James Altucher

The world is changing. Markets have crashed. Jobs have disappeared. Industries have been disrupted and are being remade before our eyes. Everything we aspired to for "security," everything we thought was "safe," no longer is. But more and more opportunities are rising out of the ashes of the broken system to generate real success. Choose Yourself illuminates your personal path to building a bright, new world out of the wreckage of the old.

Matt Fortune says: "Interesting story, ideas & ways to live your life"
    "Excellent, Motivational + Real"
What did you love best about Choose Yourself!?

Choose Yourself really brings you inside of James Altucher's perspective. He speaks candidly and honestly, without formulaic and deliberately scripted cadence. Having an author narrate his own book from the heart is powerful, because he has the power to enunciate the specific words he chooses, in the way he sees fit, to deepen your comprehension as a listener.

What did you like best about this story?

Altucher has no reason to hold back and nothing to hide. Because of this, the story reads with sincerity. I love hearing the truth of the worst parts of his life thus far - like spending Thanksgiving alone eating a turkey sandwich and making up stories that he's a psychic on Craigslist just because he needed to feel the connection at such a low point in his life.

Everyone wants to be the millionaire but nobody talks about the struggle.

    Which scene was your favorite?

The concept of Idea-Sex is my favorite. Since learning this tip, sometimes I cannot think straight without creating a list.

What did you learn from Choose Yourself! that you would use in your daily life?

There's a concept... well, an exercise where you make a list of 10 things daily. I have been making it a point to get this list done on a more consistent basis.

  • The Education of Millionaires: It's Not What You Think and It's Not Too Late

    • UNABRIDGED (9 hrs and 42 mins)
    • By Michael Ellsberg
    • Narrated By Erik Synnestvedt
    • Whispersync for Voice-ready

The Myth: If you get into a good college, study hard, and graduate with excellent grades, you will be pretty much set for a successful career. The Reality: The biggest thing you won't learn in college is how to succeed professionally. Some of the smartest, most successful people in the country didn't finish college. None of them learned their most critical skills in an institution of higher education. And like them, most of what you'll need to learn to be successful you'll have to learn on your own, outside of school.

David says: "I can't get past the introduction"
"Great Reference for Anyone Who Hungers for More"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is an audiobook I would recommend to anyone interested in entrepreneurship. The Education of Millionaires is well-documented, straightforward and insightful regarding what society teaches the middle class about becoming a millionaire - or doing well in life with a college education - and the truth about who really does become successful and how.

What other book might you compare The Education of Millionaires to and why?

I wouldn't compare this book to another book, but I would pair it with Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill. This book is just as motivational, insightful and inspirational.

What about Erik Synnestvedt’s performance did you like?

He spoke true to the brand of the book.

  • Arouse Her Anal Ecstasy

    • UNABRIDGED (3 hrs and 20 mins)
    • By David DeCitore
    • Narrated By David DeCitore

This book is very different, as it focuses on how to introduce a woman to anal sexuality with a pleasurable and painless detailed step-by-step system. This book teaches exactly what to do and how to do it. You will give her incredible full-body orgasms by stimulating multiple erogenous zones, and she will love it!

Cindy says: "I was reluctant before but now I like it!"
"Turn Her on to the Freak Side of the Force"
Would you consider the audio edition of Arouse Her Anal Ecstasy to be better than the print version?

I would not know because I haven't seen or read the book.

What did you like best about this story?

David's deeply invested in getting you and your partner comfortable and interested in anal exploration, if that's what you're interested in. He provides great detail in terms of methodology, technique, strategy and approach that's easily adaptable and customizable for every consensually interested couple. His methods are easy to understand and flexible. He speaks in a candid and conversational language so it's not dry and boring, but he's not extremely vulgar either.

Have you listened to any of David DeCitore’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I have not listened to any of David's previous performances before. I cannot compare it to anything.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

"Become a sexual Jedi. Turn her on to Freak Side of the Force."
