The China Study offers conclusive evidence that a change of diet can dramatically reduce the risks of heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. The book is based on the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted, a 20-year joint project between Cornell University, Oxford University, and the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine. The study surveyed the eating habits of 6,500 adults from all over China and Taiwan and found a direct correlation between diet and disease.

    "Extremely Important Material"
    Overall

Despite the vituperation against the medical, pharmaceutical and food industries, this is important information for anyone who wants to avoid cancer, diabetes, obesity and other diseases associated with diet. The material is very well presented and makes a clear and irrefutable case for avoiding animal protein.

Osho presents the Buddha's everlasting wisdom in a lucid, straightforward, and often humorous manner that will deeply touch the contemporary seeker. These remarkable discourses are original, live recordings made during Osho's extemporaneous daily talks to audiences of disciples and visitors at his meditation retreat in Poona, India.

    "Poor Sound Quality"
    Overall

Although the material is excellent, the sound quality is so poor and it is so hard to understand Osho, that it is hardly worth buying in the audio format. You're better off reading the book itself.
