"Short, informative"
Although nothing new in time management, I liked Laura's take on it. I liked her delivery and her humor in it. It was well-written, short enough to not get boring but long enough to get in all the information. I took quite a few ideas from it. Definitely recommend it.
"Ok"
The narrator. Heather's narration style/modulation of her voice does not follow the story line. It is very annoying sometimes.
did not finish because the narration really got to me
Paying attention to the whole sentence and reading it according to what is being said. It is important to put emphasis where it belongs and to make pauses where necessary but not in the middle of a sentence where it doesn't make any sense.
I thought the book was funny, not hilarious, but it probably would've been better with a more experienced narrator.
"Funny!!"
This book had me laughing out loud! I found it so funny that I took it with me and let my clients listen to it while they were working out. Highly recommend, especially if you've ever lived in Texas.
"Loved it"
If you're a Karin Slaughter fan and especially a Dr. Linton series fan, this is a great book. Different from the others but excellent.
When I first read the reviews I was a bit hesitant because it said that it went a lot more into Will Trent's past and I was worried it would be too boring. Not so at all. The book goes back and forth detailing the story of Will and the circumstances of his life, all weaved into a gruesome serial killer story. Absolutely loved it
