They mustn't harm a human being, they must obey human orders, and they must protect their own existence...but only so long as that doesn't violate rules one and two. With these Three Laws of Robotics, humanity embarked on a bold new era of evolution that would open up enormous possibilities, and unforeseen risks.

"Why Show any referance to the Movie?"
    Overall

This book is not even CLOSE to the movie. I was deeply diappointed. It was a bit interesting, but hard to follow.
One point from the movie may have been used, the do no harm to humans qoutes. Other then that, nothing. Not at all what I had expected.
I think the picture on the cover is decieving, One Man Saw it Coming is deceiving. No such thing happens.

Though he's fought for decades to leave his past career behind, Stone has no choice but to say yes. Then Stone's mission changes drastically before it even begins. In American on Purpose, Craig Ferguson delivers a moving and achingly funny memoir of living the American dream as he journeys from the mean streets of Glasgow, Scotland, to the comedic promised land of Hollywood. Along the way he stumbles through several attempts to make his mark - as a punk rock musician, a construction worker, a bouncer, and, tragically, a modern dancer.

The very young men who flew the B24s over Germany in World War II against terrible odds were an exemplary band of brothers. In The Wild Blue, Stephen Ambrose recounts their extraordinary brand of heroism, skill, daring, and comradeship. Stephen Ambrose describes how the Army Air Forces recruited, trained, and chose those few who would undertake the most demanding and dangerous jobs in the war.

Best-selling novelist Cullen "Cubby" Greenwich is a lucky man and he knows it. He makes a handsome living doing what he enjoys. His wife, Penny, a children's book author and illustrator, is the love of his life. Together they have a brilliant six-year-old, Milo, affectionately dubbed "Spooky," and a non-collie named Lassie, who's all but part of the family. So Cubby knows he shouldn't let one bad review of his otherwise triumphant new book get to him.

I really liked this book. So much so, I purchased the hard cover for my son, who also likes Koontz. It was hard to turn it off, once you started listening.

In the dead of winter, Polly Evans ventures to the remote Yukon Territory in Canada's far northwest, where temperatures plunge to minus 40 and the sun rises for just a few hours each day. Her mission: to learn to drive sled dogs. But when she arrives, she finds there's more to this unspoilt wilderness than deathly cold.

    Overall

I liked the story, but the Liberal bias is evident. Global Warming comments, Oil Companies and how bad they are could have been left out of the book.
She does not appear to be a die hard Lib, so it is not that bad. Just do not expect the same propaganda I hear every day, in a book I am listening to for enjoyment.
