This is the second of a series of six meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties and this recording uses the second note, which resonates to a frequency of 417hz. This particular frequency works to dissolve emotional patterns and imprints from the past and facilitate positive changes. It will also help to clear other emotional patterns, such as low self-esteem, self-rejection, overindulgence, jealousy and emotional instability.

Wow! I was sucked in immediately!

The book is filled with endless twist and turns, and so many different things happen. Yet they all tie into the story line perfectly. I remember looking at the time left on the book a few different times and thought, "Wow....what else could possiably happen ? Or. What could Tucker possiably do to fill the the next 3/4s of this book with?"

It never got boring, it was none stop ride!

The whole thing was great! I also, often thought how very real these events and characters were.

And the narrator really was the whip cream and cherry on top of it all! She didn't seem like she was trying to hard. She was consistent with the different voices. And she had the appropriate emotions and tones.

I don't easily give out five stars.....but this was worth every single one!

Greece in the age of heroes. Patroclus, an awkward young prince, has been exiled to the kingdom of Phthia to be raised in the shadow of King Peleus and his golden son, Achilles. “The best of all the Greeks”—strong, beautiful, and the child of a goddess—Achilles is everything the shamed Patroclus is not. Yet despite their differences, the boys become steadfast companions. Their bond deepens as they grow into young men and become skilled in the arts of war and medicine—much to the displeasure and the fury of Achilles’ mother, Thetis, a cruel sea goddess with a hatred of mortals.

I really enjoy learning about the Greak Gods and thought this was well written.

I haven't read a ton about them but this was abetter one than some others I've tried.

There were a couple of times I had to rewind to verify which character it was talking, so I do wish there was alittle bit better variation in the voices but all the main characters were very destinctive from each other so it didn't bother me much.

They story I thought was fun and entertaining and I defintly was surprised at some of the twist and turns but all in a good way!

I would defintly reccomand this book to others, but am not sure that close minded people would enjoy it as much as those that are open minded.

Why we think it’s a great listen: The most celebrated performance in all of Audible’s history, The Help has nearly 2,000 5-star reviews from your fellow listeners. We hear the print book’s not bad, either. In pitch-perfect voices, Kathryn Stockett creates three extraordinary women whose determination to start a movement of their own forever changes a town, and the way women - mothers, daughters, caregivers, friends - view one another.

I saw another reveiw that said they "finally understand the Hype" and I think that is the best way to describe it!

I've had it on my wish list for awhile and finally decided it was time to listen to it, and now I wish I wouldn't have waited to buy it for so long.

It was amazing! I love the books that captivate you in every way possiable and this did just that.

The descriptions made for a clear picture to be made, while you listened( like you were right there as it was happening). And the narrator was great at all the voices. The emotion was so present that you were given such a vivid idea of what each person went threw. And even though it was a serious story it had me laughing so hard at times.

And even though the story was told in a few perspectives, it all came together so beatifully! And still made it ONE AMAZING STORY, as a whole!

    Loved it!

I am a new fan of Bryce Courtenay...this being my first ever, I'm super excited to try others by him.

This book kept my constant interests from start to finish. The story is great for people of all interest. I plan to read the second book next.

I thought the narrator was great and the story is smoothly told....I may even decide to read it again sometime down the road just because I enjoyed it so much!

I got this for my boys (8yrs old).....

They loved the movies and now they love this book. They had me put it on cd so that they could listen to it over and over!

It's funny and the narrater is great.... They even sat for a long time just listening intently, which is super rare for my twin boys!

I'm excited to see how well they enjoy the next one in the series.

Twenty years ago she had her whole life spread out before her. She was Bess Walsh, a fresh-scrubbed, middle-class student ready to conquer the design world. And she was taken. Absolutely and completely. But not by Andy, her well-groomed, intellectual boyfriend who had hinted more than once about a ring. No. During that hot summer as a waitress and living on the beach, she met Nick, the moody, dark-haired, local bad boy. He was, to put it mildly, not someone she could take home to Daddy.

I started this book, never before listening to Megan Hart.........

I wasn't real excited about by the story and frustrated that the story was kinda moved slowly........

BUT THAN YOUR SUCKED IN AND UNABLE TO WALK AWAY!

And there's All this hope for some thing to be.....but just not possiable ( trying not to give anything away). And you ride the emotional ride right along with the main character and yet nothing is predictable and you are amazed till the last page of the book at what is hidden all along.

    WOW!!! Very well surprised,
and the only reason I did not give an over all 5 was its not one of the books I love so much that I would read it over and over again.

But have no regrets in using my credit for.

I struggled threw the first book, having diffuclty with the narrartor, and needing to reread parts over.......... But I still liked the story enuff to want to continue on.

I had all the same frustrating struggles as the first book, but like I wrote in the first books review, I think I would be better off reading them to myself.

This book seemed to be less interesting than the first and for now I do not plan on reading further into the series.

Well where to start.............I think the story it's self is good, but hard to follow along, I've had to reread many times, because I wasn't sure what they were talking about or who was then talking so in that way it was very frustrating. It's defiantly not an easy read and you do need to pay very close attention to it.

The narrator was very hard to listen to and I didn't think he spoke very clearly.... This was also frustrating.

I would have probably done best if I could've had the time to sit down and read it to my self.
