This audio book was very enjoyable. I had no idea that Miss Harper was in the chorus of many Broadway shows. The behind the scenes at the Mary Tyler Moore Show from audition to end was fascinating too. I recommend this book.
I prefer non-fiction books. I don't have a child. That being said I really enjoyed this unique book and came away enlightened, educated, and entertained. CJ is very lucky to have such an open-minded family. Every child should have such a supportive group. I'm hoping this book will help other parents in similar situations. I'm pretty sure it will.
The story is surprisingly boring and the narration is slow and smug. The books goes off on many tangents that slow down what little action there is. I couldn't get through it.
I listened to a little more than half of this one and gave up. It didn't hold my attention.
Like the PBS televiosn documentary 'The Mormons' this book was fascinating from beginning to end.
This is my favorite nonfiction audio book to date. It's witty, well written, and endlessly fascinating.
Thie history of some of my favorite TV shows and movies are fascinating. Garry Marshall's honesty and performance make this audio book a winner.
I liked Tina Fey's book and love the writing of David Sedaris. I listened to 30 minutes of this and didn't laugh much less smile. The cover photo of the mouse with the cape makes me smile though.
Amazing narrator creates each character vocally transforming the book into a radio play. I highly recommend this fascinating story.
