This book is timeless. It is definitely something I will return to. It can be listened on repeat.
This book is a motivational fitness book. The flavor of the book is similar to Eat and Run and Born to Run.
I started listening to this while training for a half marathon. I was sick of my standard playlist and wanted something new.
This book does not disappoint. It is motivational and makes you want to get up and start running!
