"Good "Quickie""
This to me, is a short story. Good, predictable steamy love story.
"Love the Jaguar!"
The Alpha was nice, the Jaguar is nicer! Great book 2 in the Series. There is a lot to look forward to and Nalini does a great job of planting those seeds that more excitement, more unravelling, more loving is coming. I hope that the Publisher's Summary is hiding some of whats going to happen because I can't wait to find out about Faiths father and the broken sentinal!!
But on to book 3....Brenna and Judd?!?! Oh my gosh, can't wait!
"Good book, good narrator."
Interesting story of many species. At first I hated the Psy but later I felt that it wasn't completly their fault. I like the wolves. I am a little partial to wolves after the Shadow Wranglers Series by Sarah McCarty but the cats have a different personality that is starting to grow on me too. This book has a different kind of "action" than I am used to reading. The fighting is more of escaping and fighting on a mental plane than in a brawl but a brawl is bound to break out sometime. The book is imaginative and believable. Can't wait to listen to the next one.
"Interesting and Different"
I can't imagine accepting so easily a trip back in time so drastic, even if I was from such a mysterious place as New Orleans. I liked Hawk, I hated the smithy and poor Adrienne was just a confused mess. Good sensual parts, none of the physical fighting I expected but mostly fighting of emotions, wants and needs. The book was entertaining though I probably won't go for the rest of the series.
"I agree!"
I have to agree with other reviews, I think this is the best book so far!! Creepy Gregor!
Loved it!
"I've forgotten about Tavia!"
Tavia Gilvert is a great narrator. When I choose to start this Series over another Series, I choose this one because of Tavia and so far I have not been disappointed. Jeaniene slowly shows that theres more to Cat than there seemed at the beginning and I'm beginning to wonder if Bones is going to be able to handle the future in front of them...
Another great book. I am going throught these books in a day, forcing myself away to make it last to the end of the month......I hate running out of credits in the middle of such an awesome sereis!!!
"Another great chapter!"
Another great chapter in the book of the Night Huntress. I can't get enough of the bantering between the two heros, the constant fight to fit into each others lives peacfully and contstant attack on their lives, wheew, I am exhausted!
"A Bad Guy is always a Bad Guy...right?"
I loved this book. I think I found one to rival, Sarah McCarty's Shadow Reaper Series. I had bones pegged as a bad guy, one to destroy but Jeaniene pulled a fast one on me. His cruel tone slowly turned into respect and caring. I like Cat's uneasiness about what she is and who she is and how she feels about bones. Many other heroines don't take long to realize that the man before them is man of their dreams, she fights the feeling for a long time which sets up their undying romance for future books. I like the clench of failure before the magnificent save. Great up and down rollercoaster ride!
"Very Interesting Man, i mean wolf."
I liked this book. I agree with the other reviewers that this book isn't as "hot" as the Hells Eight Series or the Shadow Wranglers but I enjoyed the struggle for understanding between the man, the wolf and the woman. I look forward to the books in the series.
"Great story, great action. Good book."
I listened to the Nightwalkers Series and loved them. I then read The Bid, which by the way is an excellent book. I choose to start the Three Worlds Series and was a little disappointed by the lack of sensuality that the other books had but the book still held my attention and ended up being a good read. I enjoyed the story of the two worlds colliding together and the promise of fighting togther for a joint cause.
