There are places in the world where darkness rules, where it's unwise to walk. Sunshine knew that. But there hadn't been any trouble out at the lake for years, and she needed a place to be alone for a while. Unfortunately, she wasn't alone. She never heard them coming. Of course you don't, when they're vampires.

Amazon Customer says: "An absolutely riveting, addictive tale"
    "Seriously???"

Agh, i felt like i had to finish it in hopes it would get better....so much useless detail the story moves slowly, there are a few parts that saved it from zero star status. the narrator, dont get me started, i was sure the narrators would know how to pronounce words correctly, i could be mistaken. i would not listen to a book that had good reviews and seemed interesting if this narrator was reading it. i ll read it to myself instead.
