Baldacci has another great book on his hands... it is a great pleasure reading an action packed book without being filled with foul language and sexual exploits! Only a talented writer can accomplish that and they are fewer and fewer of these types of writers.
Puller was my favorite character because he didn't go with the flow, and he respected his elders.
It was... but because of a busy lifestyle I was not able to do so.
Well worth the listen!
Not having the time to actually sit down & read (I do a lot of driving on my job), audio books are perfect for me. This is a superb book!
The story has a lot of twists & turns... just when you think you have it figured out, you realize you were mistaken.
Ron McLarty and Orlagh Cassidy personalize the story... I hope they always are the readers of this series!
After reading this, I really want to do a cross country train ride!
I cannot think of a book like it... it was great!
He had a way of sucking you in to the story & you felt like you were there... not just listening/reading a book.
Blackstock is a very talented writer, and I recommend her books to all I know.
It showed that people need to be responsible for their actions.
She has a way of bringing the characters to life.
This is a very tough subject and I was pleased that Blackstock didn't portray the characters as victims. We as a society need to realize what our actions do to others and take responsibility for them.
I have listened to hundreds of audio books to date, and this ranks up near the top. Lee Child does a superb job once again!
Of course, Jack Reacher was my favorite character. He is a character who is likable, thinks things through and knows what he is doing.
I did want to listen to it from start to finish... nearly did.
Lee Child writes great books and I can hardly wait until the next Reacher Book!
This book is another great book in the Outlander Series. My wife got me to listen, & I am glad I finally did. Now I can hardly wait until the next one comes out!
Try it, you'll like it!
My first experience with Kristine Kathryn Rusch was the first novel of this series "The Disappeared" and it will not be the last. This novel ("Extremes") picks up where "The Disappeared" left off, on the moon, and ended up being even better than the first of the series. Flint is now a Retrieval artist and getting good at it. I can hardly wait until I get the next one downloaded to pick up where this left off. Rusch rates right up there with the Sci-Fi greats.
This book was a great book... not a dull moment. You get to know the characters well, like some & hate others. Good intrigue. You really feel for Molly.
