Maddie Montgomery needs a couple of notches on her bedpost - fast. Rumor has it that Max Sawyers is just the man to show her the goods…and then some. Now, if she can just get past his dog

The book was very predictable. It was my 2nd Lori Foster book, this one fell way short of the 1st. The author tries too hard to be funny. No one really decides to get married to provide a stable home for their dog...and I love my dogs. Granted, it was an inexpensive quick read.

Dee has always been good at wearing masks. Not letting anyone see the real her. She's content being the happy-go-lucky best friend. The strong willed boss. The independent woman who doesn't need a man. She's terrified that all it will take is one person to make all her carefully constructed walls crumble into fine dust. The second Beck sees Dee, he knows that she will be his. He sees past the gorgeous smiles and heart-stopping laughter.

I like the idea of these books and the men - a lot of potential but this one is a bit too predictable and the first half rehashes what went on in the first two books in a little more detail but still repetitive. Found I could drift off and still not miss anything.
