Charlie and Oliver Caruso are brothers who work at Greene & Greene, a private bank so exclusive you need two million dollars just to be a client. But when the door of success slams in their faces, they're faced with an offer they can't refuse: three million dollars in an abandoned account. No one knows it exists, and even better, it doesn't belong to anyone.

This book moves along at a good pace, has an interesting premise and some turns I didn't see comming. There were a few hard to beleive parts but this didn't change my enjoyment of the book one bit.

In the 25th century, humankind has spread throughout the galaxy, monitored by the watchful eye of the U.N. While divisions in race, religion, and class still exist, advances in technology have redefined life itself. Now, assuming one can afford the expensive procedure, a person's consciousness can be stored in a cortical stack at the base of the brain and easily downloaded into a new body (or "sleeve") making death nothing more than a minor blip on a screen.

"One of the best Si-Fi books"

Takes a little bit to get into the story but then, very well crafted and thought provoking. Also a great ending. If you have an active imagination you'll love it. I just might listen to this one again.

He's Hollywood's most dazzling star, who is worshiped by millions and hated by one twisted soul. His existence is under siege as a series of terrifying, enigmatic "messages" breaches the security systems of his Bel Air estate. The boxes arrive mysteriously, one by one, at Channing Manheim's compound. Manheim's security chief, ex-cop Ethan Truman, is used to looking beneath the surface of things. But until he entered the orbit of a Hollywood icon, he had no idea just how slippery reality could be.

This audio-book was a lot longer than it needed to be. It was verbose to a point of being ridiculous. Writing words for the sake of filling space. The story was interesting but this is an eight or nine hour book at the most. An abridged version would be more palatable.
