    Only if they are a reader/fan of the Dresden files...this book hits and doesn't let up from the opening sentence to the closing sentence.

    No..both have their place...each is excellent..one is not better than the other.

    The ending prologue...any more and I would give away the end of the novel.

    When Mitch saved Anna Reilly from the Terrorist.

    This is a good start to the Mitch Rapp series..this is the 2nd book I have read in the series..I started with Kill Shot the 11th or 12th novel in the series which is a prequel...that seemed to be a better story with more action..as with each good author...the stories get better the more he writes...and I am looking forward to more selections in this series.

    Yes, the story is sad...but it is inspiring as well...no matter the hardships or environment...if a person has strong morals he/she can make it thru almost anything..

    The realism of the characters...the triumphs, the pitfalls...all of Kings writings have very good character development.


    Who was your favorite character and why?

    Dick Hallorann..his determination to get back to the Overlook Hotel was memorable and inspiring.


    What about Campbell Scott’s performance did you like?

    The differences he gave each of the characters to make them unique and you could easily tell them apart without their names being said...

    Very good read from Stephen King...master of Horror...but be aware there is some domestic issues that maybe hard to swallow.

    It is not better, both are great...each has it positives...I recommend reading it first...then listening to the audio version...I had read my print copy long ago...it was great to revisit it again and catch what I missed or forgot the first time thru....


    What was one of the most memorable moments of Watchers?

    The Distemper part...being a dog lover...hard but memorable part of the book.

    Great novel...one of Koontz best...if you are a dog lover, horror/suspense book lover, or just want to hear a really great story...give this one a try...you won't be disappointed.

    The other books in the series, Tantras and Waterdeep. It continues the story of the main characters with good development and plot.
