it just went on on about the herself the main character and never got on with the story it just mumbled on on till i gave up and switched of.
my next read will be charlaine harris
well she read like she to was dying to switch off
no redeeming qualities sorry
a fun book kept you glued to the end with not totally realising the bad guy till the end.
i compare the book to the same author ,all her books are fun to listen to and are quirkey.
her voice brings to life the story and the characters she is never dull to listen to.
you get to know more of vlad tepesh character and his dry humour if any have not read any of the series of cat and bones ie night huntress series you must they are all great and that where you meet vlad tepesh first . A good book but waiting for number two for vlad and leila to really establish a proper relaitionship book ends with that thought in mind leaves you wanting more.
emily beresford's performance is okay shame about the book
the book starts well but ends leaving the listener feeling cheated that there is more but the author could not be bothered end it right.
not worth buying even the though it starts promising it ends suddenly
