I have fairly a good collection of audio books. Most of them though, I've listened not more than once. But this one happened to be a very special experience for me. In fact, I felt author's voice very soothing and the stories were quite inspiring and touching. During my third listening, I felt so inspired that I could feel the goose bumps and just couldn't resist the urge to write my own wishes. And I did so. I am so grateful for this audio book.
Just loved this audio book. After listening, I just couldn't wait to start my exercise regimen. Very motivating and informative. Narration was superb too. Truly a life changing book and highly recommended.
There are many other sources on this topic. But I found this one the best. Guy's words are inspiring, insightful and also very practical.
I felt very inspired. I never took notes earlier while listening to audio books. But while listening to this one, I could not help. I had to jot down. The ideas are very practical.
