What did you love best about Seconds Away?

I liked that this was a young man who seems mature far beyond his age. I can't wait for the next one.

What other book might you compare Seconds Away to and why?

I can't think of anything comparable.

What does Nick Podehl bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I don't have time to read & he did a great job.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

    Not really

Only minutes after Abbie Elliot and her three best friends step off of a private helicopter, they enter the most luxurious, sumptuous, sensually pampering hotel they have ever been to. Their lavish presidential suite overlooks Monte Carlo, and they surrender: to the sun and pool, to the sashimi and sake, to the Bruno Paillard champagne. In the morning's harsh light, Abbie awakens on a yacht, surrounded by police. Something awful has happened - something impossible, unthinkable. Abbie, Winnie, Serena, and Bryah are arrested and accused of the foulest crime imaginable.

Betsy says: "Ditto - Don't waste your credit."

I really enjoyed the plot twists in this book. I did think it was overly graphic at times but it was interesting to see what kind of prisons other countries have. I highly recommend this book and felt it was worth my credit and then some. I think my husband will enjoy it too.
