im not super religious nor have i even read the bible but this story is not about aliens. its about 8 beings (archangels?? there were 8) one who fell...they call him the Day Star?? thats what Lucifer means - day star/morning star etc. im pretty sure thea is loosley basing this on an angels vs demons theme. there really isnt any religious referrences in this book besides a couple hints here and there - though im sure the archangels werent dating each other... anyway its good, if you like thea you will like this book. hugh elder races fan and this didnt disappoint.
love sophie eastlake
was a good love story - enjoyed the book and narration. only thing that was a little annoying (Semi Spoiler here): was the fact that everyone fawned over Nan because her dad left her and her mom when she was a baby - as if that's the most tragic thing that could ever happen to someone and they will be forever crippled because of it? I am familiar with this sort of situation and it was a little overkill. I was expecting some sort of epic tragedy to have happened and it was kind of ridiculous.
one of my favorite from thea harrison - enjoyed as much as dragon bound. hopefully she will continue the story of khalil and grace like she did with dragos and pia!
Ok i keep forgetting who is who since the last time i read the last book. there are way too many people in this book and some scenes drag on forever. i really wanted to like. the characters have not grown at all in the last couple books. some of the sex scenes are just making me laugh out loud now. its silly. to defeat so and so anita must have sex, to build an alliance anita must have sex, to make a perfect 3 egg omelet anita must have sex. its sad to see a good series go down the tubes.
