Where does Truth or Dare rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I've listen to hundreds of audiobooks and I have authors\books that I will go back and listen to again.

What other book might you compare Truth or Dare to and why?

Anything by Jayne Ann Krentz! I love her stuff.

Have you listened to any of Joyce Bean’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I love Joyce Bean. She is an amazing narrator and does a wonderful job with each story.

    Any additional comments?

Light in Shadow is the beginning of Zoe and Ethan's story. Have to listen to them in order.

She's taken to an isolated retreat by a handsome stranger with a dazzling smile and the darkest of motives. His name is Monk, a hired assassin. Now, with scant clues and fewer resources, Avery must track down and save Carolyn.

John Paul's story!!! I am really surprised at how many people are dogging this book! I love how Julie Garwood keeps you updated with characters from her past books in this series. I found myself laughing out loud MANY times. I consider myself a book freak and have over 800 books in my library and know that I will listen to this series again.

For years, operative James Nash has performed ultra-covert "Black Ops" missions for The Agency, but when he decides to walk away from their dirty work, his corrupt bosses aren't about to let him go. After Nash is nearly assassinated, Troubleshooters team leader Lawrence Decker launches a skillful deception to neutralize the threat and protect his friend. With the FBI's help, Decker fakes Nash's death, then brings him to a safe house with his fiancee, Tess Bailey, to recover from his injuries.

Molly says: "Incredibly satisfying and surprising!"

I can't believe how many bad reviews this book received. I love the Troubleshooters series and truly enjoy SB writing. I also don't understand how people can pickup a book in the middle of a series - start at #1 and the books mean so much more!

True-crime writer Regan Landry has followed several explosive stories but none more challenging than that of convict Lester Barnes, a rapist and murderer, who persuades the intrepid author to reinvestigate his case. When Regan and FBI Special Agent Mitch Peyton oblige, they discover a startling number of irregularities, including a crucial DNA mismatch. Their vigorous efforts secure Barnes' parole.

I love Mariah Stewart and I love Anna Fields. I have read all the reviews for the "Truth" series; maybe people find Anna Fields difficult to listen to. I disagree - I love her from Barbara Holloway stories(Kate Wilhelm). This series is worth listening to!
