    ...not really what I was expecting...certainly not much about sex. It seemed like it was geared toward people who are already very open and soulful about sex...worth listening to the fist third and last third though as the author gets very repetitive and boring in the middle. It was ok, good if you are already in a loving and spiritual relationship, but kind of useless if you are trying to enter a new relationship "well-trained".
