Glenn Beck revisited Thomas Paine’s famous pre-Revolutionary War call to action in his #1 New York Times bestseller Glenn Beck’s Common Sense. Now he brings his historical acumen and political savvy to this fresh, new interpretation of The Federalist Papers.

The importance of this book is of the most importance to the future of America and to our understanding of what the birth of our country was all about.
If you are concerned about freedom you will gladly absorb this book. If you are among those few that want to embrace socialism and the spreading of wealth will hate it.

I have only got through the Intro's and have been inspired with new hope for our country and the people who are awake to what is happening and doing something about it.

America, in so many ways, has forgotten: Its roots, its purpose, its identity - all have become shrouded behind a veil of political correctness bent on twisting the nation’s founding, and its founders, to fit within a misshapen modern mold. The time has come to remember again. In The Jefferson Lies, prominent historian David Barton sets out to correct the distorted image of once-beloved founding father Thomas Jefferson.

    Any additional comments?

From another fiew"All the insulting reviews I see on here are probably written by the same left-wing propagandists who have been ripping out the true history of our great country to advance their own socialist ideas and poison the minds of the children in school since the 1960's. The fruits of their labor is well demonstrated by the Occupy Wall Street imbeciles."I agree 100 percent and encourage all to use ther own mind and deside for themself. I can hardly believe what my grandchildren are being denied about the true founding fathers.

Others on Amazon are atacking this book without an informed view of the book likly because the did not read it nor will they because it does not fit there aginda!

To everyone at Meridian High School, Michael Vey is an ordinary 14-year-old. In fact, the only thing that seems to set him apart is the fact that he has Tourette's syndrome. But Michael is anything but ordinary. Michael has special powers. Electric powers....

  • Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy: A Righteous Gentile vs. the Third Reich

A definitive, deeply moving narrative, Bonhoeffer is a story of moral courage in the face of the monstrous evil that was Nazism. After discovering the fire of true faith in a Harlem church, Bonhoeffer returned to Germany and became one of the first to speak out against Hitler. As a double agent, he joined the plot to assassinate the Führer and was hanged in Flossenbürg concentration camp at age thirty-nine. Since his death, Bonhoeffer has grown to be one of the most fascinating, complex figures of the twentieth century.

    Alan says: "Very Moving"
"lesson from the past for today."
    Overall

This is a very detailed biography of Bonhoeffer, and a clear insight to past history of Germany that we should now be more mindful of in light of present national and world situations. Its flow is written well enough to keep your interest unless you are not interested in the dangers of the past. This is also inspiring to those caring enough to be informed and take a stand.
