This was maybe the longest book I have ever listened to. I had a hard time picturing small elephants taking over the world........did say this book was long. I am thinking it was about 283 hours long....give or take an hour or two.
Did I mention this was on the long side?
I thought this was fantastic, I learned much more than I thought and I like how he structured the book around major decisions. No matter what you political views are it is a good coming of age story where a man becomes a President.
I thought this story was pretty good but a little forgetable. I REALLY wanted to like it more than I do.
I love the "End of the world" books but this one could have been better. Not Preston's best work at all.
This was very good and I am a great fan of Ramsay, in fact I think he is the most talented chef in the world but this was far to short.
Come on Ramsay have another slice of pie and give us more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was classic King but "The Man In The Black Suite" was by far the best, not even close.
This was like a military manual, not compelling at all, in fact I still have not finished it because I have already wasted like 2 hours of my life that I can not get back. NO MORE. In fact I deleted it off my iPhone for good measure.
I like this, this is classic short Story King all the way. Quick and dirty, that is the way a short story should read and this one hits the mark. Well Done Master!
Classic Stephen King short story, fast and right to the point. I liked it a lot!!
This being my first Scott Sigler book I thought it was fast paced and the characters were well thought out for the most part. That being said I also thought it was a little over done and Sigler added gore just to shock instead of bettering the story line.
Lastly a bit of advice for Mr. Sigler.....please do not narrate anymore of your books, it is simply not good. Stick to writing.
I was excited about this book when I saw it, cool idea and I love King so it had to be a great book. It was ok.....way to long and many of the key people were over developed.
I would have loved this book if it was HALF the length.
