I didn't finish it
I didn't like Winter's character and so, therefore, no.
I love the tales of Locke and Jean, and the latest book is good, but not great. We learn more about Locke and Sabetha--though it's not very fulfilling. Still looking forward to the next book, but you could probably skip this one and not miss much.
loved this audiobook. great narration, great story. can't wait for book 2. Definitely worth a credit.
Well developed characters, interesting and relaxed story-telling, with much insight into human nature. The story unfolds within rich and realistic contexts that, although are 100 years in the past, feel very much present and alive.
I really gave this book a chance. I listened until almost the end, and then I couldn't take it anymore. The average writing style and predictability of the story became too overwhelming. Everything about it is just plain and average. Not terrible, not great, a string of blah-romance and tepid twists. Very vanilla.
Yes, the cast is great and it adds another dimension to the story
Richard's voice, the relationships of the characters
the sense of the scenes and time period
If you enjoy this genre, this is a must listen. I even bought the paperback to keep in my physical library
