Listening to the narrator swallow and all of the other sucking sounds she made was very very distracting.

We know that there is sex, homosexuality, and profanity in the world but when I purchase an inspirational or christian selection I am looking for a departure from that that contains true inspiration free of the world's way of entertaining the masses.

While the setting is often in and the characters are members of a church, that does not make the content inspirational or christian.

I feel the book would have been just as good if it mentioned certain things versus enacting them and creating the inevible visualizations. It isn't a bad read, just well . . . :-) You choose.

I wanted to know what ending up happening between two of the characters, but the book ended.

Far too much profanity for me . . .

I found it engaging because the author held true to the male perspective as well as the female perspective. This one is worth your points.
