    A great compilation of studies and real success stories in a well performed audio book. I'm a business owner and not an avid reader so most of the stories and all of the studies were new to me. It clearly makes a case that greatness comes from the synergy of diverse people in a group without boundaries, which can be difficult to artificially create and even harder to sustain. However, this book will start you in the direction you need to begin.
