Owen is the organizer of the Montgomery clan, running the family’s construction business with an iron fist - and an even less flexible spreadsheet. And though his brothers give him grief for his compulsive list making, the Inn BoonsBoro is about to open right on schedule. The only thing Owen didn’t plan for was Avery MacTavish... Avery’s popular pizza place is right across the street from the inn, giving her a firsthand look at its amazing renovation - and a newfound appreciation for Owen.

Would you try another book from Nora Roberts and/or MacLeod Andrews?

    No.

Would you ever listen to anything by Nora Roberts again?

    No.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of MacLeod Andrews?

Anyone who didn't read with the phony voice for the female characters...

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Last Boyfriend?

    All of them.

    Any additional comments?

Well yes - I couldn't really judge the book on whole because I really hated the way it was read. So I just deleted it after a chapter or two. But I do know that I do not have the need to read a book with so many detailed descriptions about chandeliers and wallpaper and shelves in the bathroom. Honestly - who thinks that anyone cares about that stuff!
