"Great Medieval Mystery"
I really enjoyed this mystery. Loved Adelia and the rest of the less than perfect characters. The story was well written and kept me guessing. And of course Rosalyn Landor is one of my favorite narrators. I will look for more books by this author.
"Could have been SO much better"
Monica McCarty always tells a good story, but as usual the narrator makes or in this case,
breaks it. For whatever reason, I sensed a lack of feeling from him. With the right narrator this story could have been SO much better.
"A VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE !"
I bought this book in June and it sat in my library for over a month before I listened to it. If I had known how terrific it was I would have started it sooner. I was engrossed in the story from the beginning. The narrator was so smoothe, I listened for hours without interruption. It was a great escape from my (at times, hum drum) life. I am now just starting BOOK 3. So far,it's been a great series I highly recommend.
"great book"
Plenty of twists and turns. For a while there, I was having flashes of The Scott/Lacy Peterson case then ..... I don't want to give anything away, so I'll just say this was worth the credit.
"AGAIN EXCELLENT !!"
Enjoyed listening to ALL 3 books. Now I just have to find out about THE BABY. I hope there will be more books by this author and narrator.
"#2 in series does NOT disappoint !"
I was 1/2 way thru this installment when I bought # 3. I liked it just as much as the first.
"SURPRISINGLY EXCELLENT !!"
I really enjoyed this lighthearted novel. Not my usual genre, so I was pleasantly surprised. The main characters were witty, funny and perfectly in tune, in spite of their paranormal differences. I went ahead and purchased the next book in the series. I highly recommend this series.
"5 OUT OF 5 FOR HARLOT"
I really enjoyed listening to this book. It was fun and sexy . Am now looking forward to listening to another book by Saskia Walker.
"WONDERFUL !!!!!"
So far THE BEST of the Cynster family . Loved Demon. This one has it all, Mystery, Romance, Passion and GREAT NARRATION !!!
"DISAPPOINTING"
This is the first book by Elizabeth Hoyt that I could not finish. I didn't like Hero and therefore didn't care what happened to her.
