"Amusing"
Amusing, if a bit profane. Narrator's accent needed work. Worth a credit? - just barely. Check.
"Stephen King? Sorta"
Another coming of age book set in the idealistic late 50's and early 60's. It's a watered down version of "It" or an expanded version of "The Body." Take your pick. Worth a credit? Yes.
"Werewolves, Vampires, and Pratchett."
Not the best of the series, but still five stars. As always, the author is wise and witty and turns phrases like no one else. Worth a credit: You bet.
"JFK, Time Travel, and Stephen King"
When I heard that Stephen King was tackling the JFK assassination, I could not wait for the book's release. It did not quite match my expectations, but then again my expectations for Stephen King are quite high. The story and character development were great and, as always, you care about the characters he creates. I take off one star only for the ending. There may have been no good way to bring the story to a close, but the unexplained mystical time streams were confusing and did not do justice to the rest of the book. That said, it's Stephen King, and there isn't a better way to spend a credit.
