This is my third time listening to this book in three years, but don't let the length of it fool you it moves so quickly and keeps your attention.

    I was taking a night class and the teacher at the time recommend this book to me. I had heard about it before on "Coast to Coast AM" and Oprah, but until his recommendation I wasn't going to buy it. I am glad I did. I was given this information before,but never applied it, because I thought it was wishey washey. It has given me a greater insight into its meaning. I would recommend it to anyone spritual or not.
