    You couldn't really tell about Mama's brain just from looking at her, but it was obvious as soon as she spoke. She had a high voice, like a little girl's, and she only knew 23 words. I know this for a fact, because we kept a list of the things Mama said tacked to the inside of the kitchen cabinet. Most of the words were common ones, like good and more and hot, but there was one word only my mother said, soof.

    With his goofy smile, sleepy eyes, and stoner's laugh, Jim Breuer might not appear to be the most introspective comedian out there. The fact that Jim Breuer made his mark playing Goat Boy on Saturday Night Live and a recalcitrant toker in the stoner classic Half Baked doesn't help his reputation at all. But in I'm Not High, we meet a whole new Jim Breuer.

    Honestly I had no idea who Jim Breuer was before I purchased this book. So beautifully written and performed, he is such a gifted story teller and comedian. WARNING….at times I was laughing so hard I thought I was going to have to pull off the road or have an accident. Jim is TOTALLY hilarious without being crude !!!! It is touching and surprisingly inspirational. I am an audible book junkie and this is one of the few I will listed to again.
