I could go on for pages on just how good this and the other two books(2.Forest of Stars, 3. Horizon Storms.) to follow are, but words alone could not express or justify just how good and well written they are. There is a fourth book that Audible does not carry yet. It is Scattered Suns, it was put on the market July 20, 2005. I bought the MP3 disk and the hard cover book. I could not wait for Audible to carry it. The next book comes out in early 2006. If you want the best SiFi reading/listen, and I have read most of them, the Saga of the Seven Suns is miles ahead of anything I have read or listned to. You will truly enjoy this series!!

Why we think it’s a great listen: It’s easy to say that when it comes to sci-fi you either love it or you hate it. But with Ender’s Game, it seems to be you either love it or you love it.... The war with the Buggers has been raging for a hundred years, and the quest for the perfect general has been underway for almost as long. Enter Andrew "Ender" Wiggin, the result of decades of genetic experimentation.

    "Sci-fi at it's best."
    Overall

The Ender Wiggins series is as good as sci-fi gets! My only regret--- there is no book to date, after Children Of the Mind. Orson Scott Card promises one if he lives long enough. Be careful, you will have to listen to all four books, Speaker For The Dead, Xenocide and Chilren Of The Mind, if you elect to listen to Ender's Game! The narrators Gabrielle de Cuir and John Rubinstein and others make the cast come alive. Unlike a lot of audio books, the characters can be idenfied by their voices alone. This is a purchase in time and money you will not regret!
