Obviously a great story, but be very careful - I was driving whilst listening to this story - in the end I had to pull over to the side of the road as I was in tears - tears of every emotion known to man.
A striking history of the lives of some. Makes me feel more than privileged. Maybe too privileged!
One for the classics area, but as I said, be very careful where you're listening to this one.
A brilliant story with such feeling. Mitch, you are inspirational.
Tuesdays with Morrie was given to me as a book by a now dear departed friend. Means so much more.
WHAT BETTER TIME TO HEAR "THE FIVE PEOPLE YOU MEET IN HEAVEN" THAN ON THE WAY TO A FUNERAL, A HAPPY FUNERAL OF A 91 YEAR OLD, JOYCE FROM GRONG GRONG. ONE'S THOUGHTS TURNED TO WHO WERE JOYCE'S 5? AND THEN, WHO WILL BE MY 5? WE WERE JUST ABOUT RACING BACK TO THE CAR TO LISTEN TO THE NEXT INSTALMENT. ITS NOT THAT WE'RE MACABRE AND WANT TO PASS THROUGH LIFE QUICKLY - THIS BOOK ENCAPTURES WHERE WE WOULD LIKE TO GO, WHERE WE HAVE NOT THOUGHT OF GOING AND WHERE WE MAY NOT GO. A TREMENDOUS WAY TO ENCOURAGE THOUGHT PROVOKING. THANKS MITCH. ANOTHER STEP IN THE DIRECTION, AFTER MORRIE!
Brilliant. Funny. Mind provoking. This tale gave us extra desire to get on bikes and go. Brilliant.
Such enjoyment and intrigue was derived from this book. We really enjoyed listening to it whilst on 6 hour drive to Sydney. It fills in a lot of gaps about Jason Bourne but equally creates more gaps about him. Really enjoyable reading.
