Yes - to go back to things I may have missed whilst listening the first time.

What did you like best about this story?

I like that he conveyed his own experience and this is something I could relate to.

He was very clear about the message that he is wanting to get out.

What did you learn from Alcohol Lied to Me that you would use in your daily life?

I loved how he dismissed the social norm regarding drinking. It is okay "not to drink". How many times do you hear this? Rarely, right? We grow up just accepting how we are "supposed" to behave and learn our behaviour from family and peers. However, even after just hearing him explain that alcohol is toxic and poison (something we all should know?). This helped me question my own attitudes towards drinking and what it actually means to me.

Loved it and will continue to love it!
The meditations are wonderfully simple and would be great for lay people that are not used to meditating....I only wish that Mario conducted an oline course for people interested in studying his unique teachings....all of this CD resonated with me and I will keep an eye out for any other recordings he may put out there :)

I really love the concept of this book and believe it would be very effective.
However, it missed certain things and directed you to a website that didn't deliver.
It also does not have any support centres in Australia....
I would be interested to see future developments implemented down under as it is desperately needed here as much as anywhere in the world.

I also loved the authors clear voice....

I love this book- The insights are phenomenal.
The only thing is, is that there is soo much information! I will be listening and re-listening to this until it all sinks in....

It could take a while, but that's ok - I have all the time in the world!
