"Good Fun Story, but BAD narration"
What made the experience of listening to Libriomancer the most enjoyable?The story was good fun, the world is interesting, the characters desires to be a researcher, are illustrated nicely.
What did you like best about this story?The concept of Libriomancy
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Brian Eslick?ANYONE.
The narrator mis-pronounces words constantly, and that tends to push me out of the story anyway, but he can't even pronounce the heros's name correctly, which of course gets said every couple of minutes.
Maybe it's the narrators fault, but the producer, or someone else should have caught the pronounciation.
Some of the mis-pronounciation must have been due to a bad script, how he could have said Kevlar as 'Kelvlar', I wouldn't know. He prounounced Copernicus as 'Copperknockus' - twice.
Any additional comments?I think I'd genuinely avoid listening to any other books narrated by this guy.

"Disappointed - It's actually an abrdiged version"
What did you like best about The Skylark of Space? What did you like least?I've always liked the story, it's fun. It helped define Space Opera.
What I didn't like was being told it was an Unabridged version, and then when I compare it to the Kindle version, find bug chunks of text missing.
What about Reed McColm’s performance did you like?A good performance, captured the feel of the times quite well.
Was The Skylark of Space worth the listening time?Yes.
Any additional comments?It's Abriged, not unabridged as advertised.
