"Excellent book!"
Yes. I don't read much due to my schedule and this was a great way to hear the story. I have not had time to see the movie, but am looking forward to seeing it when it is out on video.
I'm not sure, but it itself is a great story about mental disorders and those who live with people suffering from a mental disorder.
The dance - when all of the friends joined together to congratulate Pat.
No - but it made my rush drives easier to deal with and more relaxing.
A great read or listen!
"Powerful Story - as good as the tv miniseries!"
Absolutely - This included the essential stories of the bible and leaves the listener wanting more. A great way to become more encouraged to read the Bible. As a woman re-discovering her faith and wanting to know more, this story was a great way to become more intrigued about the mysteries that the Bible holds.
I am not familiar with any other book like this one.
Samson - the narrator gave a very power performance.
Not as extreme as I did watching the mini-series, but I did feel the same gut-wrenching feeling during the crucifixion.
"Echoes is an awesome reminder of our past!"
I would imagine the print version would be just as good as the audio version and very hard to put down!
Behtta - a woman with class and dignity yet knows how to take a change. She knew how to love and be faithful to those she loved - no matter what.
Simon Prebble was a great narrator - I didn't have one favorite as he was able to do a great job on all the characters.
I cried in the middle due to sadness and cried for joy at the end. A wonderful feel-good kind of cry.
A wonderful story of the Holocaust and the victims it targeted - no matter how small or far. This story will leave the reader wanting more...in a good way!
