Yes, there is so much fun/what if/possible reality or truths in this book it really gives you a different perspective on so many things that people take as law. There are so many things that we just take as fact yet the data has been molested a thousand times prior to us receiving the data. This book is a really fun look at prophecy, biblical texts and non Christian religions. I really enjoyed it.
The subject matter is usually my favorite but I just didn't enjoy this that much. I'll listen to it again at some point and see if I get more out of it.
I really enjoyed it, but I must read/listen to it again to get the most of all the historical data contained within.
My favorite future
The way the author predicted so many things about the future if communications via a story 20+ years ago. It was detailed and fun. I ran through 17 hours in just a couple work days.
The dialog written for the 2 main characters is just awful. I don't read/listen to many book so my opinion going into this was completely based on my liking Mr. Hancock's appearances on JRE. The fact that the main characters spoke so stupidly really distracted me. I ran through the book at 2x speed just to get through it. The story was very predictable and ran a lot like "this happened and then this happened and then this happened and then that happened". The narrator did a great job.
