This six-part comedy series was first broadcast on BBC Radio 4 in 1988. Hosted by Stephen Fry, accompanied each week by Hugh Laurie, Jim Broadbent, Emma Thompson, and a selection of guests including Phyllida Law, Robert Bathurst, Julia Hills, and Alison Steadman, the show takes the form of a roundtable discussion, interspersed with sketches that veer tangentially from the sublime to the ridiculous.

If you could sum up Saturday Night Fry in three words, what would they be?

    Hilarious, fast-paced and engaging

What was one of the most memorable moments of Saturday Night Fry?

There were too many amazing moments to pick one, but their spoofs of classic dramas such as Jane Eyre were particularly memorable.

Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favorite?

These characters are inseparable: Harriet Fenmount and Mr. Cunningham

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes indeed, and sometimes I have left it on repeat.

    Any additional comments?

Prepare for the audiobook version of "A Bit of Fry and Laurie". The best buy I made this year.

By all accounts, Thomas Andrews, designer of the ill-fated Titanic, went down with the ship. How, then, could someone else know, not only the vivid and horrific details of what Andrews experienced that tragic night, but also, details of his entire life?

    Ryan says: "Facinating!!!"
    "Wow"
    Overall

Wow, this audiobook was amazing. It was hard not to believe it, but even if it was fiction, it was extremely well done. I am a history buff, and at the moment I am particularly interested in the Titanic (building, facts, ect.). The one problem I found, was not knowing what to believe. There are some very interesting details which, if true, could provide great insight into the disaster. Overall, it was a great listen, and it did alert me to some very insightful facts which I confirmed later on.
