Was hoping this would be similar to a john scalzi novel. It's not. Schoen has some interesting ideas, but they're never allowed to take root.

Interesting ideas, lame presentation/story. If I wanted a teenage love romance novel I'd read Twilight. Such a shame that Audible has such few good Scifi titles. I go to the bookstore and there are whole shelves of good scifi.

I thought the ideas were top notch, but like I said in the title review I could do without the graphic description of some of the sex scenes. The book had some very interesting ideas, and for the most part made for good listening.

Not a really fast paced book, but the story does move along. In the middle of the book I was annoyed with the amount of time the author spent on theology, "Earthseed". But as the story progresses it does make more sense.

Great read, from the beginning to end. Haven't ready a Sci fi book this good for a long time.
