This book was advertised as being humorous, but I found it to be a bleak look into a dysfunctional family and not humorous at all. After about 1 hour of listening I gave up.

As soon as Bosch begins retracing Dr. Kent's steps, contradictions emerge. While Kent doesn't seem to have had ties to organized crime, he did have access to dangerous radioactive substances from just about every hospital in Los Angeles County.

This is the first audio book I have listened to and it set a high standard. It has a diabolical, but plausible, plot, a very irreverent & witty main character and some scary bad guys - the makings of an excellent thriller. The narration is very clear and easy to follow.
