I have always loved butter, salt, Susie Q's and other foods I knew were not good for me. I knew I had to make a change and gradually did, becoming a semi-vegetarian.
After reading this book, following the diet, giving up sugar and all unhealthy oils and basically eating non-processed foods I saw an immediate change in my face and its firmness. Next, I saw a change in how I felt overall. I lost weight (5 lbs) in the first 2 weeks, without any exercise and without trying to. I still haven't really applied the entire book to my regimen yet and can't wait to.
I feel like my body is 10 years younger with this new way of eating. I really recommend this book to everyone, young and old!
