    What did you love best about The Kitchen House?

    The characters come alive and evoke so many emotions it's almost as if they are real.


    Who was your favorite character and why?

    There were so many strong characters to identify with it would be very hard to choose one.
    Lavinia would be my first choice.


    What does Orlagh Cassidy and Bahni Turpin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

    There voices put so much character into already strong characters, it really added to an already amazing story.


    If you could rename The Kitchen House, what would you call it?

    It should not be renamed, it is perfect.

    The never ending interaction with characters from novel to novel


    What other book might you compare The Fiery Cross to and why?

    I think this series stands above a lot of them, the pairing of the story and the performance is a perfect "marriage".


    Have you listened to any of Davina Porter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    Yes, in previous Gabeldon novels. I think she carries on the previous performances through this book and does an outstanding job!


    If you could take any character from The Fiery Cross out to dinner, who would it be and why?

    Claire. What a strong bold character, and someone who you can easily look to for strength.

    The way it was told through the eyes of the young historians pouring through old materials in an elderly ladies villa to find their answers.
