Absolutely. Although some of the plot was a little far-fetched with super heros AND a zombie appocolypse but it certainly made for an interesting twist in the story. The character parts are all well narrated. This bookcontains an especially good cast of narrators.

It goes along with Ex-Heros which was a great listen as well. I'd compare it to Day by Day Armageddon and Beyond Excile, which is the sequel to Day by Day.

Definetely Stealth, narrated by Khristine Hvam. Stealth is a great character and Khristine absolutely does her justice, along with all the other female parts. But St. George isn't bad either. Jay Snyder has a wonderful story-telling voice. I could listen to him for hours. Let's not forget to mention Khristine's Cerberous character. I loved that a woman actually played an armored warrior, where it's usually the man who fulfills this role.

Zombies verses the new Apocoliptic Super Heros

It's okay. Better than some, worse than others. The storyline is pretty good. The narrator is okay, but she has too much of a southern accent to make a good zombie book narrator.

It's a good zombie book. Good story line. Nothing really different than many other zombie books I've listen to.

When Casey saves the day and singlehandedly rescues her friends from zombie annihilation.

No, first time. I liked her voice with it's southern Virginia twang.

I didn't cry although there were a few sad moments. I laughed a few times.

Todd McLaren does a good job of narration although he's not really that good at the female parts, but you have to give him an "A" for effort. It goes beyond just a zombie breakout with the addition of the mutated self-aware zombie leader. This book is supposed to be a continuation of the Apocalypse of the Dead.

Kind of resembles the Zombie Fallout books by Mark Tufo. Not only do the survivors have to deal with the zombie infestation, but they also have to deal with an extra threat, someone who can control the zombies.

Of course at the end. I don't want to tell the exact part it would spoil the ending.

Yes, not for the plot, but I enjoy listening to Jay Snyder's voice. He could read The Farmer's Almanac and I'd like to listen to him. Gentry is the good/bad guy. He must have nine lives because no normal man could sustain such damage and STILL accomplish his mission.

Maybe. I'm not really into espionage and spy thrillers.

One of them would be when he managed to escape from the well. You just knew he had to survive because Gentry is the main character in the story, but you didn't have a clue how in world he would accomplish this escape. Pretty ingenious idea. Kind of like Mygyver. Two paper clips and a rubber band kind of escape.

I was moved by the scene when he contacted the man who had trained him years ago as a last ditch attempt to rescue the kidnapped family, and his trainer volunteered to serve as a deterent at the cost of his own life, which allowed Gentry to make his escape.

It will be one of the books I listen to again and again. I loved the characters, the plot, and the narrators.

Day by Day Armageddon, Flesh Eaters, and Dead City although I didn't liked the way that one ended. It didn't seem to go very well with the idea of a zombie apocolypse.

Both. They are both excellent narrators. The book wouldn't be as good if either of them were absent. Jay Snyder is one of my favorite narrators as evidenced by the many books I have with his voice on them. Khristine Hvam did an excellent job as Stealth and the other female parts too, but I especially liked her interpretation of Stealth's characters voice.

Well it didn't make me laugh or cry but it was very hard not to listen all the way to the end without stopping. It also left me wanting another book in the series.

It will be looking for other audio books by Khristine Hvam.
