    Excellent writing and narration. A haunting psychological drama. I listened from start to finish, lost an hour of sleep without thinking. It makes you wonder how you, or your child, would survive a similar situation.

    This is a subtle, sensitive, well researched, and unbiased presentation of the ramifications of autism. On personal, legal and societal levels, autism is a difficult condition to understand and cope with. Jodi Picoult brings us into the world of Emma, Jake, Theo, and their community with her clear and compelling writing style. This is very long book that I just couldn't put down. Well worth the time and credit.
