I liked Wicked Weekend because of the BDSM scenes. This is one of the reasons that I love Audible, because I can get Erotica.
The "HEAT" that the narration by Felicity Munroe brings to the book. When you listen, it is easier to get "all hot and bothered".
I wanted to smack Lauren (female character), when she was self depricating, in the beginning. And cheering for J (male character) when he stands up for her.
Where can I get more books by Gillian Archer??
This book goes right along with the others in the Half Moon Hollow universe. All the paranormals are connected in some way, and this brings our old friends back to interact with new members.
Amanda's performance is always outstanding. But she took it up a notch, with the Boston and Irish accents. Especially when a conversation includes, Southern twang, Boston quirk, and Irish drawl!! Awesome.
I always want to listen to Molly Harper's stories in one sitting. But I MUST break it apart, especially when I'm laughing uncontrollably!
Chaos, Vampire, and Road-Trip. If that doesn't grab you attention, nothing will!
Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs. This story brought us back to Half Moon Hollow, introduced us to more residents of the most paranormal SOUTHERN town in America!!
The sarcastic wit of Molly Harper's writing. Reading it just wouldn't have the same flair, nor the Southern twang that adds another level to the story.
Always, always, A L W A Y S, laugh my ass off.
The humor, definitely Molly Harper's sarcastic wit and humor.
The progression of Lacey's writing, from the newsletter to the final ending of her story.
The morning of Monroe's birthday (no spoiler here)!
Lots of snorting and laughing out loud. But that's what I've come to expect with a Molly Harper book.
The story yes, the narrator...not so much. But I like the stories and want to know who's love life is next.
Kurt, his willingness to take care of everyone. Especially the children.
I only listen to Molly Harper books with Amanda Ronconi to bring it to life.
Amanda always makes the humor, roll on the floor laughing!
Snort or guffaw out loud at work.
The humor that always comes from a Molly Harper story. I find myself laughing out loud at work. I make sure that I don't have any soda handy when I listen. Soda burns when it comes out of your nose.
Well I would certainly LOVE to find these hunky werewolves. I want to smell like home to one.
Humor pure and simple
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Amanda Ronconi's performance. She is the voice of Molly Harper's worlds. Just as James Marsters is for Jim Butcher's Dresden world. Or Lorelei King for Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum world.
I want more naked werewolves!!!
When Monroe saves Eden's life (no spoilers from this reader)
This is my first listen of Erin Mallon. I would listen to her again.
Yes, I hated that my commute was over.
Only the narrator. The book was what I expected after first book.
Johnathan, his inner demons haunt him throughout the story.
The change in voices for the different men was annoyingly similiar. Jason and Tony sounded like the same person.
I liked the mystery and how the visions that Abby got played into it. There were places where the story seemed to bog down with too much detail.
A few, who are real mystery buffs
Worth the listen for a first book. But I won't be going any further into the series.
The interplay with the two main characters. Sasha's fragility and Lucas' protectiveness allowed them to move past the 'masks' they both wore.
The description and imagery of the Psy-net was wonderfully written and allowed me to see into a virtual collective mind.
