I loved the great action "scenes" in The Dragon Factory. However, the author is not ashamed of incorporating overused character outlines and story themes in this book. In places I was rolling my eyes at the obvious use of stereotypes. The bad guys are comicbook crazies and science fiction oddities. The good guys are strereotypical bad asses, not alot of depth in the characters. The story moves right along, however, and keeps you entertained right until the end. This author is very good at writing fighting scenes and battle scenes. The action is very detailed.
I would recommend it to a friend who doesn't have to pay premiun price for the book.
Ray Porter does an outstanding job of bringing this story to life. His different voices and accents continue to amaze me throughout the performance.
I do not know what you mean by a tag line.
I very much enjoued this book. I am very fond of time travel stories and their intricacies.
One of the best moments in Blackout was when Polly tries to go home and finds that her portal does not work. Also when the windows of the Department store are blown out and they think they are seeing multiple bodies in the debris but find that they are really the store window mannequins.
I loved the performance. The accents were wonderful.
Yes, but it is very long and I had to break it up into several days.
