Where does The Unknown Mongol rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have read or listened to many motorcycle club/gang novels and this was one of the best. Most biker books spend time trying to tell you how tough they are, how they kicked ass, and how they are always number one. This book took a much more personal journey. Yes this books has sex drugs and violence, but that is not the driving point page after page. People make chooses for all sorts of reasons. I'm not here to judge Scott Junior Ereckson for his crimes, but he is the kind of straight up dude you would want as a brother and a friend.

I will pass the book on for those who wonder what its like being on the inside of such an organization.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Unknown Mongol?

How Scott tries to deal with home life VS club lie

    Which scene was your favorite?

Scott's patch in. He showed real emotion and how much it means to earn your colors.

    Any additional comments?

The reader was good but maybe not the best choice for this book. Could have used a bit deeper voice with a little grit.

Narrated by the visionary founding member, Hell's Angel provides a fascinating all-access pass to the secret world of the notorious Hell's Angels Motorcycle Club. Sonny Barger recounts the birth of the original Oakland Hell's Angels and the four turbulent decades that followed. Hell's Angel also chronicles the way the HAMC revolutionized the look of the Harley-Davidson motorcycle and built what has become a worldwide bike-riding fraternity, a beacon for freedom-seekers the world over.

This was a good book to listen to. The reader did a fine job capturing the tone of the story. There are multiple claims of originality that it would have helped Sonny's story if he were able to show proof of some of his claims. i would recommend the story to anyone who would like a quick view into the motorcycle gang lifestyle.

First, the unthinkable: a security breach at a secret U.S. government facility unleashes the monstrous product of a chilling military experiment. Then, the unspeakable: a night of chaos and carnage gives way to sunrise on a nation, and ultimately a world, forever altered. All that remains for the stunned survivors is the long fight ahead and a future ruled by fear—of darkness, of death, of a fate far worse.

What made the experience of listening to The Passage the most enjoyable?

The story moves along very well. It is not a cheesy vampire novel but a hard hitting look at what can go wrong with germ warfare.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Peter and or Amy. They grow so much during the story.

Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

The narrator was good and I would listen to them again.

At this point this is a classic business book. Some of the stories are a little out of ture with modern standards, but the information is good.

Yes. Good information about how to communicate with others is always helpful.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Yes if they have a credit to kill and some interest in Drones

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The most was the information on ant's.

    Which scene was your favorite?

battle in the desert and safe house.

Do you think Kill Decision needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

This book was set up to be a series. I would hope the next book is a little less main stream and a little edgy.

    Any additional comments?

This book was a little soft comp aired to the other Daniel Suarez books. The information was good but it did not develop into a hard hitting tech novel. It is good but seemed more like a Clive Cussler story, which again is not bad just not a solid as his other work.

Thousands of autonomous computer programs, or daemons, make our networked world possible, running constantly in the background of our lives, trafficking e-mail, transferring money, and monitoring power grids. For the most part, daemons are benign, but the same can't always be said for the people who design them.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would and have recommended this book. It moves at a good pace. The tech information is not to over the top but leaves you saying WOW. Having 14+ years in IT I found the information refreshingly accurate. (For tech people think of seeing fake IP address you know don’t work) only in this book it is correct.

What other book might you compare Daemon to and why?

This book runs the same lines as Robopocalypse by Daniel H. Wilson.

What does Jeff Gurner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Jeff does a good job with changing voices and making the characters come to life.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book will leave you with a WOW when your finished.

    Any additional comments?

This book is the first in a series. Be ready to be sucked into all three. It is like a vortex of time.

There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.

From the best-selling author of How We Decide comes a sparkling and revelatory look at the new science of creativity. Shattering the myth of muses, higher powers, even creative “types”, Jonah Lehrer demonstrates that creativity is not a single gift possessed by the lucky few. It’s a variety of distinct thought processes that we can all learn to use more effectively. Lehrer reveals the importance of embracing the rut, thinking like a child, daydreaming productively, and adopting an outsider’s perspective.

They're an iconic part of history's most celebrated birth. But what do we really know about the Three Kings of the Nativity, besides the fact that they followed a star to Bethlehem bearing strange gifts? The Bible has little to say about this enigmatic trio. But leave it to Seth Grahame-Smith, the brilliant and twisted mind behind Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies to take a little mystery, bend a little history, and weave an epic tale.
