Seeing how the characters are further developing and learning more about the word they live in (including the different races). Also the introduction of interesting new characters.
The introspections of the characters are wonderfully written, funny, and clever.
All of them.
It really gets going halfway through the book.
This is a great long listening experience. It has multiple characters with interesting story lines that never feel like something you need to suffer through to get back to the main story.
The world of drizzt.
It gives you the background story of the main character which is very interesting.
The ending took a right turn that became weird in a manner that made me question if the book was written by two people.
The main character's introspective view of situations was interesting.
It was an OK book.
This book is a good continuation of the series. My original fear in getting this book series was that it would be saturated with the "i'm in love and now not in love" feelings of a teenage girl, no offence I just can't stand that stuff. The book does a descent job of sticking to the story. While a descent book, it does not really leave me needing to rush to the next installment. I just can't see it advancing in a manner that will not become ridiculous.
The reader was great.
The prince is a funny character.
All of them.
In this last book the protagonist makes a few uncharacteristically unwise decisions that left me scratching my head. Those decisions seemed to drive the story to the desired conclusion the author wanted. The story got a little tiresome 3/4 of the way into it. The ending was good.
Each character in this series is dynamic. Everyone's story is exciting, not to mention the overall story. No waiting for the book to get back to an interesting character they were all interesting. Great writing plus awesome narration.
Too many to list one.
Excellent Voices and inflections.
While "A Man of His Word" was good, this continuation is even better.
The book starts off slowly, but ends perfectly. Plenty of action and no painfully idiotic actions by any of the character that some books indulge in to keep you on your toes. The story was enough to keep me going.
You get to experience the development of different characters.
Did not go anywhere
I was 80% done and just couldn't do it anymore.
